Site Lead 

Field Helper

Position: Site Lead – Outdoor Maintenance Crew
Location: Bartlett Lake & Needle Rock Recreation Areas (Tonto National Forest, AZ)
Company: Iron Brothers Welding & Fabrication, LLC

Pay: Starting at $25/hr
Schedule: Full-time, approx. 40 hrs/week, Friday–Monday shifts required (weekends & holidays included).

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew members during trash removal and light maintenance services.
  
  

• Ensure tasks are completed safely and on schedule.
  
  

• Coordinate daily site assignments and report to management.
  
  

• Operate equipment such as weed eaters, trash grabbers, and pressure washers.
  
  

Requirements

• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
  
  

• Reliable transportation to work sites.
  
  

• Comfortable working outdoors in desert terrain and heat.
  
  

• Safety-conscious and dependable.

• Collect and remove trash/debris at recreation sites.
  
  

• Empty and reline trash receptacles.
  
  

• Assist with micro-trash pickup, graffiti removal, and light site maintenance.
  
  

• Support crew lead with safe use of equipment.
  
  

Requirements

• No prior experience required – training provided.
  
  

• Must be dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
  
  

• Comfortable working outdoors in desert terrain and heat.
  
  

• Reliable transportation to work sites.
